Top App, works very fine, fast in functioning, not issue so far. Therefor I have given 5 Stats.
So far, Shopify Inbox is great! We are able to have quick conversations with potential customers and the interface is easy to use!
Easy to install. Easy to use. I like that I can converse with my customers through the app on my phone and answer questions quickly. Excellent experience so far.
Cant really fault the app.. love the way it picks up the conversation and continues it in the browser even with all the history etc. Shopify programmers really know what they're doing. Been nothing but impressed so far with Shopify
this is by far the easiest way to talk quickly to new prospects. We convert 22% of every inquiry and have tested competitive options. Kudos to the Shopify team for making something so USEFUL!

works great ... I would like to learn more about it and find a way to do a pop-up notice to more easily respond. I think there should be a pop-up window option on a desktop/laptop or, at minimum, a popup window/notification bubble or something on the dashboard to indicate a new message and allow for a more timely, possibly live customer interaction.
Absolutely love this inbox it has helped my business so so much ...thank you Shopify for adding this to our platform. Love it. -
Being new and still learning in the industry, this app is my 'right hand man, it's so easy to use, this should be the standard on how all apps fallow...
Not bad, but not perfect. For some reason, I didn't receive a notification for one client request.
