I've not had a bad experience with inbox yet.

It helps, but since it goes back to their email, I am not having much luck contacting them again.

Shopify Inbox helps me to keep my customer conversations organized.

Very informative and helpful with growing, correcting and finding new ideas for your business.

We've been using this for a few months now. This has been effective at engaging customers and answering questions. We've had at least 30 conversations (a meaningful number for our store), and the app has worked well.

This easy to use app helps answer potential customers questions and which funnels more leads into sales. This increases revenue.

We absolutely love Shopify Inbox messaging. It's simple to use, and efficient. It's a great way to connect with our customers.
