Well made application however cannot be useful in a multi-account setting...
Really unfortunate because if you manage several sites from your mobile you have to disconnect and reconnect, too long at the risk of losing the discussion.

So far the app is okay. I’m finding that there is a notable lag from customer message to notification…often 10-15 minutes has passed and the customer is no longer there. I’m worried this will start to cause a negative impression. Is there anything that can be done to improve the notification speed so that it’s instant?

Eigentlich ein wirklich tolles Tool!
Wir verkaufen jedoch international und es gibt keine Übersetzungsoptionen. Das ist sehr mühsam, weil wir immer alles in Google übersetzen müssen um dann antworten zu können. Hoffentlich gibt es dafür bald eine Lösung. Das wäre ein Segen❤️
Auf jeden Fall ist die App sehr zu empfehlen!

Great App, The Problem is that we manage 2 more Shopify Accounts. And we can't stay online at the same time.

Hello Metziko Collection, thanks for your great feedback and review! We are working on making this work for multiple Shopify stores, although I do not have an eta on that yet.

At this time, one workaround is to use a phone device for one store, and then login to the desktop version for another store. The desktop can be found at shopifyping.com

It's a good start. It works immediately out of the box. I would like people to be able to enter their names. Pre-done text excerpts for when you're away, or hours available to chat would be great. Saved chats so you can view or respond on desktop would be good too.

I use this app to respond to customer chat requests because it works with apple chat when valid. I think the functionality is pretty good. Chat works on all devices I have tested and I can respond to multiple at a time. My only complaint is that it has to be used with Ping to respond with customers. It gets very tedious using my iphone to respond to all requests. I would love some functionality to respond via computer at some point.

This is a good idea, but as someone who has 4 stores, it's impossible to use this. I need to be able to access all from same place.

It was quite frustrating having the automated "check my order status" question in the chatbox and having the clients asked about their phone numbers to be able to chat. The process seems overcomplicated. As a client, I would be annoyed to have to provide my phone number for a simple inquire, I would not continue and, frustrated, I would leave the site altogether. I would like to suggest providing the user with the ability to choose what they want to ask the client, if anything, and if they want this "check my order status" to appear. I understand the idea of trying to link the phone number of an existing registered client but I feel that it overcomplicate the communication unnecessarily. Maybe having an option that enables the staff that is chatting with the client to manually assign that chat session to a client would be more suitable. Thank you and I hope to have helped.

For a free application it's fine. I am displeased with the fact that your chat transcripts do not attach to the customer record. Standard SOP for a CRM.
