so far I like it. It have every thing I need to support my custumers. I sugest you try it.
I use to use whatsapp. but it get confuse with my personal afairs. also here in case Im not online, it will sent me an email with the user questiuon and detels. really good

Simple, efficace, avec plusieurs fonctionnalités comme la mise en place de messages automatiques ou encore la possibilité d'envoyer le lien de l'article au client directement.

Good but unfortunetely this app is not adapted for international website. Because we we can't translate the inbox in several languages, big default...

Shopify inbox is all spam. It’s a waste of time and detracts from actual customer engagement. Wish it were more reliable and could filter the bots out.

Hi, there. I understand how frustrating it can be to receive spam messages, and that your time is much better spent helping customers. You do have the option to block a conversation, though I know this can also be time consuming if you're receiving spam from multiple users. As long as there is chat, the program keeps sending emails, one for each line of conversation.
Even if you cancel all notification options in the settings, it will still be the same.
Frustrating, no technicians to fix or advise.

AN AMAZING APP! a literal cheat code. shows if customer has items in cart, online offline and lets you QUICKLY respond to customers. 10/10

The Chat works completely fine. I wish it had more customizations. For example: If we had any way to help/assist customers with what's already in their cart, such as adding different quantities, adjusting pricing, adding more customer service to the experience. I also would like to see a different away message based on the day of the week or time of day. Still very glad to have this function in the shop. Easy to install and easy to use.
