I like the auto reply! really helps this time of year when getting lots of emails.
I like how I can access my stores chat on the computer or on my phone. It helps me run my own CS without hiring someone, because I can literally engage with my customers from any point in my life.
At peak times, our storefront is so busy, we just can't answer the phone!
We refer our customers to the online chat feature of our Shopify Inbox so that we can get back to them with complete answers or they can access the instant answers in the Inbox.

Great App to use!
I think it is great. Much easier and better, and much more efficient than emails. Just wish there was a link to where I could include in my contact form as a few customers still send messages via email and then our response often ends up in their spam box and goes unseen. Inbox is great because there is no dropped communication.
It's get me to respond to clients inquiries in realtime. Which often leads to a sale of the item their inquiring about.
Good solution from shopify to handle most of the FAQ from customers.
