Great app - so functional and so good for my store and built in to shopify- have been using it for a few weeks now - cannot imagine life without it.
Works well. We can definitely better manage communication with our customers. I would rather this be integrated within the same shopify app and not a separate app but that's just an additional improvement
I used this app it helped me effectively communicate with my client's potential and current! I have resulted in better customer service with this app.

This app has helped me reach the pinnacle of customer service. It has also helped me help answer customers questions whilst they are checkout to seal the deal.
We have been looking and testing chat inboxes for such a long time. Thank goodness we found and tried this one. Absolutely everything you need. You will however need to be patient and allow some time to set this up. For those who are not computer savy, I understand the frustration but it is worth taking the time to Youtube and Google answers if needed. Or reach out to support. We integrated this chat with our Instagram and Facebook messaging platforms (which Shopify guides you through). You will also need to add the mobile app so your messages come through 24/7 if you wish them too. Love the instant replies and the features. Thank you Shopify team.
It's a nice place for people to get in touch with us. Sometimes it's one more thing to keep track of, but still appreciated!
