very Good!!!!
It's got potential but still needs work. I rarely seem to get the notifications and miss chats often. While I'm covered with the email responses I would like to be more responsive to my customers.

One thing we've noticed is that the 'adaptive battery' setting on some devices impacts notification delivery. Adjusting this setting on your device should allow you to get notifications as expected. Been getting messages from all across my social media accounts as well as from my website. I like the way I was easily able to reply.
I appreciate being able to immediately see and respond to customers if we're busy.
Good app, does what it says on the tin
At peak times, our storefront is so busy, we just can't answer the phone!
We refer our customers to the online chat feature of our Shopify Inbox so that we can get back to them with complete answers or they can access the instant answers in the Inbox.
As long as there is chat, the program keeps sending emails, one for each line of conversation.
Even if you cancel all notification options in the settings, it will still be the same.
Frustrating, no technicians to fix or advise.

Currently only available as an online chat tool, the auto-reply feature is useless, it's very imperfect. Important point, please don't use "document.write()", Google pagespeed insights tell me that this is slowing down my site, and I can't optimize it
