Till now, it is perfect. Very fast and convenient. It would be better if the page display icon can be fixed in one position, the suspension is very affecting the appearance.

We are very happy with Shopify Inbox. It has made our life much easier having the app available on our computer as well as being able to use it on our mobile when we are on the go.

Overall functions are very helpful. It'd be more effective, if messages are classified/assigned to various levels according to the importance.

Good easy to use

Now I don't need another app for my online chat. It's easy to set up quick/automated replies. Also has easy customizable options to match your store.
