Great app to use for customer service and I'm using this app for the last 7 months in different stores first it has some issues but now it's fine

Easy to chat with mobile or desktop customers. Will be testing it out for Black Friday week when we have the highest volume.

Works well. We can definitely better manage communication with our customers. I would rather this be integrated within the same shopify app and not a separate app but that's just an additional improvement
Great app - so functional and so good for my store and built in to shopify- have been using it for a few weeks now - cannot imagine life without it.
I used this app it helped me effectively communicate with my client's potential and current! I have resulted in better customer service with this app.
This is a great way to stay connected with customers. It has been a very regular tool we have come to rely on.
