I love that the app can also be on my mobile, so I can get notifications on the go. I have had interactions the same day the app was install. I would recommend this for any business owner with a website.
muito prático, porem gostaria que tivesse uma opção de silenciar certas conversas pois as vezes temos conversas mais recorrentes no instagram e ficamos recebendo aviso de cliente mandando mensagem
Bonne expérience, c'est très pratique. Et le fait d'avoir une interface de gestion sur l'appli mobile c'est génial.

Very quick and user friendly. Have not used that much but so far so good with using this inbox system.

So far this app has worked well. Can't think of any other features it needs. Would advise adding it to your site.
It allows my customers to contact me with any questions or concerns they may have which could convert into sales.
