I've tried to remove this several times and it just keeps popping up on my shop. I dislike it because it's extremely slow/slows down my site and makes me drop in google ranking. What I don't get it how I completely deleted it and it just decided one day to reinstall. Now I can't get rid of it. Two thumbs way down. Fix the bugs and the speed and maybe I'll change the review.

I wish it would take me automatically to the store I have it linked to without having to relog in for whatever reason, and let me use the enter button, so I can professionally write e-mails without it going one line. Other than that, I'm pleased, just wish there'd be a noise or something on the notifications so I can respond faster

this app is great. Should be able to switch between two different stores would be great! We have three stores. I hate signing out to check other store messages.

We have seen an increase in sales from using Inbox to chat with customers with questions about specific products. The FAQ auto response is awesome and saves us a ton of time answering repeat questions. I really like that if we don't get back to a customer right away with their answer, our responses are sent to them via email. Great add on.

This is the smoothest chat app that is on Shopify. Easy to use and works perfectly on our IOS devices.

I love that it provides the customer order and cart info on the screen. I took one star off because it doesn't seem to integrate with other CRM apps where we store and access more in depth customer data and communications (hubspot, pipedrive, etc.)

Le brinda a nuestros clientes la oportunidad de poder comunicarse con nosotros a traves de un chat algo mas profesional y diferente, aparte las notificaciones llegan inmediatamente a varios celulares que tengas registrados con eso podrias responder desde varios dispositivos. Realmente Shopify y sus aplicativos son increibles.

App is functional, but is very limited in appearance. Don't make the chat function pop up in a massive box every time someone visits the store. It should be a small icon that expands. Also, add the ability to collapse the space where the instant answer questions go when I do not want to use them. I uninstalled and will check again in the future.
