The app is very useful. I get my clients to chat very easily and closed the deals. Just one thing that I miss is if it could be on the checkout page or if we had the option to place the "Chat with us!" button anywhere.

This app is fantastic. We're able to help clients wherever we are from a phone/ipad/laptop without any issues -- additionally it's helped close a ton of sales and maintained our reputation for fast client support. Great features throughout and easy to setup and customize. It would be amazing if there was a search component so I could find a conversation containing a particular word, order number, date, or name. I find myself needing to go back regularly to capture details and it's a lot to manually go through. Great job on this app overall, it's critical to our everyday business!

Outil efficace pour entrer en contact et renseigner les clients. Parfois les messages arrivent tardivement. Correct dans l'ensemble.
Good but we need 2 essential things in order to have the perfect app, the possibility to change the color of the text (and not only have it white) and the possibility to translate the Q&A when a customer choose a different language in the language selector or when the /en in the url is active for exemple.

Our Product team is currently working on availability hours feature that includes an automated greeting for Android users on Ping. I don't have an exact date for when this feature will be released, however it is due to be released this year!

Fatta bene, da molte possibilità nella chat, come i messaggi automatici, le risposte rapide, condivisione dei prodotti e degli sconti. Adoro il fatto di avere l'app dedicata per il mobile e le integrazioni con messanger, apple chat, facebook..! Unica pecca, ha dei ritardi nella ricezione dei messaggi, a volte di 3-4 minuti che fanno perdere il cliente. Inoltre sarebbe bello se, quando il cliente apre la chat, potesse inserire il numero di cellulare in alternativa all'email. Ma so che shopify è in continua evoluzione ed anche questa app è stata ottimizzata ed aggiornata molte volte negli ultimi mesi, quindi miglioreranno anche questo ;)
Great app that is simple to use. Great integration with Shopify. Perfect for anyone who is just starting out on Shopify. Highly recommended.
While visitors to my store seem to enjoy using this method of chatting the back end is a nightmare to use. You can't filter conversations easily, there is no bulk "Mark As Read" or "Assign to X Staff Member" option. I made the mistake of connecting it to Facebook messenger and now have hundreds of "Unread Messages" that were handled on Facebook's platform, and many times the messenger messages duplicate. This makes it impossible to find the Shopify Inbox customers. If the quality of the customers I'm getting on the Shopify chat(most are people just writing "PRODUCT NAME ???" in all caps with no context) doesn't improve I'm going to have to go back to just using Facebook's Messenger App.
