I like the app because it helps me communicate with customers quickly which in turns increases sales. I also like that you can assign a team member to answer the chat.

it wonderful to sales proudcts publically. opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you (“Primary Email Address”). You must monitor the Primary Email Address you provide to Shopify and your Primary Email Address must be capable of both sending and receiving messages. Your email communications with Shopify can only be authenticated if they come from your Primary Email Address.
Best chat app so far. Track my order feature is the best which I like. Thanks Shopify for making E-Commerce websites more valuable.

I installed "Shopify inbox" about 6 months and I it's been very helpful. My clients pop in & out, leave a message or read those FAQ's. Easy to use and makes my life easier.
I love this app because it is so much easier for the customer to get in contact with me and vice versa.
Till now, it is perfect. Very fast and convenient. It would be better if the page display icon can be fixed in one position, the suspension is very affecting the appearance.

Shopify just went through the process of a major upgrade. Its no fully loaded and everything a shop owner needs is provided in a timely manner. Its Turned into a conversion beast. Love em
