Poor customisation, chat message received time lag, overly complex sales channels with apple chat and messenger. Could be greatly improved, now we are looking into a third party chat option. Also just don't like the aesthetic of the chat button.

I like this app, it has landed me some good sales one way or another. Its a good way to start a conversation with a customer. My only problem with it is that it needs to have an option to block fake users.
I nearly removed the app as I was getting spammed with suspicious links from what was clearly a bot. It has stopped for now though.
I like how Shopify Inbox connects my chats and makes it easy for me to respond quickly to my customers. I recommend to anybody who is on business to connect their chats together in one place with Shopify Inbox for easy control.
Why we cannot give negative stars?? Minus 1000 for us, it installed by itself on a perfectly working chat (Ping) and is now asking our customers for their phone number to start a simple chat, we basically lost every contact with our customers, shame on you!
I love this app, but now it's not showing in my store. I need some help, please. I sent a few emails asking for support but no reply yet from support.
excelente app, aunque hay mejoras que se pueden implementar, por ejemplo: poder habilitar que el cliente suba alguna imagen, cada vez que un cliente vuelve a usar el chat se pierde el historial del chat anterior, falta poder buscar texto en una conversación,
We got this app with the hope of converting site traffic into sales. Unfortunately, this app has been crashing from the start. 1. We're able see msgs being sent from the site but receive error msg when trying to reply:
3. Unable to open the App after closing, kept getting the 'white screen of death' with the Ping logo
4. At app startup, keeps going back to setup: 'Add Shopify Chat'
