werkt prettig, standaard antwoorden maken en dus vlot gespreksdelen te maken. Herkenbaar geluidje als er een bericht binnenkomt op PC en Mobiel. Superhandig.

Very user friendly

Grundsätzlich sehr gute und intuitive Oberfläche.
Alle Funktionalitäten gehen gut und leicht von der Hand.
Schade ist, dass man von den Kund: innen falsch eingegeben Mailadressen nicht ändern bzw. anpassen kann. So muss über das normale Mail-Programm nachgearbeitet werden. Diesen Verlauf hat man dann aber nicht mehr in der Inbox.
