Overall good and super simple to use, but could be improved. Please add a way to research conversations by name/order number. Another useful feature would be the ability to tag customers with custom-tags.

I Like how this app connects me to my customers better. i would like a way to forward notifications to my facebook messenger as i dont always see notifications in app.

In terms of you not receiving notifications, this is something that our developers are aware of and they are going to be shipping an update soon that should resolve this issue. I used this app to provide real time customer care. I love when it shows the customer's email and order number that the request pertains to as well as the showing of the customer's current cart items. It will be even better if I can paste screenshots directly in the message box instead of needing to make it a file then attach. Also if I can 'like or love' the customer's message directly as if in the actual chat program, that would be great.

Una app super útil, sencilla de usar y con la interfaz bastante amigable. La verdad que es muy práctica. Lo que le falta para 5 estrellas es integrar más canales de contacto para poder centralizar las consultas (whatsapp, google, facebook, instagram...).
Works great. It would be nice if there was a search function to easily search through existing and old messages.

Chat is good but no way to turn off chat and just display FAQ after office hours. It would be perfect with that feature

I use this app to communicate with customers that visit my store. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wish it had some kind of ping to notify when a customer is trying to reach out

That being said, for mobile notifications or mobile reminders (https://bit.ly/3sURAij), you can enable the sounds or the pop-up banner style for Shopify Inbox through the Notification settings on your iOS or Android device. Pretty nice. A little bit more customization options would be great & "available hours" should be shown to customers directly.

I really like how simple it is to get every message at the same place, but I wish there were more automation possible (complete flows with answer choices for the customers) and there is also much room for improvement concerning bilingual sites.
