This app is horrible! I only wanted to add a Messenger chat on my store, something that I used to do throught the Facebook App, but now my customers can't interact with their own messenger account, neither continue as anom, they have to give their emil and all that stuff that is so annoying and we can't follow the conversation on Facebook or Messenger.

Thank you for writing your review and I'm sorry to hear that you've had issues using the Shopify Inbox app. I can appreciate that while having the customer enter in their contact details is an extra step for them, this does allow you to reach back out to them if they have left the online store before you are able to respond. Shopify does also allow you to connect your Messenger account to Inbox, meaning you can use this as your preferred messaging service when speaking with customers. Changed from Tawk.to as this is much better integrated with Shopify obviously. All seems great the biggest problem we have is the notifications. Tawk.to played a loud jingle when messages arrived and the browser icon on the PC would flash. Inbox seems to offer no notifications most of the time and then the odd time a single subtle bing.
We have missed a few chats because of this and might be the reason we stop it and go back as it kind of messes us up and makes us look bad.

Hello! Thanks so much for this valuable feedback. Notifications for Inbox do differ depending on device settings and whether or not you are logged in. You can select when and where you receive notifications for customer messages in your Admin and Inbox mobile app. If you'd like to discuss these options in more detail, I encourage you to connect with us via our Help Center by choosing "Contact Support". Ho deciso di utilizzarla sul mio sito e devo ammettere che è un'applicazione sviluppata benissimo. Molto intuitiva e, cosa ancor più importante, aumenta l'affidabilità per i clienti. Davvero consigliata.

Cette application est totalement inutile si vous ne téléchargez pas l'application Shopify Ping qui est uniquement disponible sur Apple IOs. Dommage.

I installed this app, invested time in tweaking and testing it, added the phone app to be always responsive.
No action on the app for since testing. Now I look at my backend and the app is not even there! What's with that?!
I like the idea of what it offered, but it didn't come up with the goods :-(

Love only dealing with one location for all our messages! Definitely makes keeping track of all the inboxes soo much easier!!!

I am using this app to talk to customers/shoppers who visit my store. Generally I like it. Would be nice to be able to set the app to pop up on my PC screen whenever someone sends a message. Most of the time, I do not see the messages immediately. Also, a bit of a tutorial on setting it up, etc. would be very helpful going forward. Bottom line, you're on the right track here - I like this app a lot! Kudos!

Love it. Solves a lot of problems. now we can manage business, our customers from my mobile 24x7 from anywhere and also monitor all the customer communications. This has really boosted our sales.
