So far so good... very easy to set-up, use and manage ongoing whether it be on my mobile or laptop. Thanks for the added functionality Shopify!

What a pity that we cannot use one Shopify Inbox for 2 shops at the same time (if U want to use Inbox for next shop U need to log out and login). Other things are really great!

Huge potential, but I have to block 30-50 people a day as they're just scammers from weird countries trying to sell you their Shopify services. These scammers then get your social media, phone numbers, email etc and pursue that way too. And it's a lot of hard work to spend most of your day blocking messages, there should be an easy way to filter these out some how, until this gets fixed. Once this issue is fixed, I will re-install the app.

Earlier last month, our development team enabled hCaptcha to Shopify Inbox to help reduce spam and blocking conversations one by one. I find it hard to use on the mobile app, but desktop is ok. I didn't realise there was an option to turn on notifications on the desktop which would have been useful early on.

After I uninstalled the app, it's not on my apps list anymore. However, the app still appears on my online store homepage on front end, and also on the admin panel on the back end. Please inform me on how to delete it completely from my store. Update: The custom service manager named Sam was very helpful for solving my problem. I even decided to keep the app and use it later. Thank you!

Très bon plugin, des fonctionnalités intéressantes, directement liés à shopify et Facebook. Avant je dépensais plusieurs centaines d'Euros par mois pour un service équivalent, le fait qu'il soit gratuit est un gros plus. Il y a par contre plusieurs axes d'améliorations enviable, l'idéal étant qu'il puisse fournir un service comparable à celui de Tidio (par exemple)

It’s not possible to translate the user interface of the app. The chat appears to customers always in English so it’s only useful for shops in English.

So far so good. I like that you can use custom replies to assist the customers beforehand. It also keeps a record of the customer's information which is nice.

Useful app but we have a big problem with it. It adds (1) to the page titles. And it affects google search results. The number count is caused by the notification count for the Chat feature on storefronts being added to the metadata of the store. This information is being picked up by search engine bots which then update the search result titles. We need a decent shopify help!
