It's very useful. I need it to do furniture online business. It would be better if allowing customer to contact us without input name and email.

El servicio de shopify inbox es bueno pero estaría mejor que fue in-app y no otra ventana. Esa función haría que la mensajería sería más rápida y eficiente.

I'm still learning and don't have any complaints yet other than it doesn't appear customers can text through here or use any other method but the chat. A few years back when I tried shopify out, they had a Shopify Chat App that had all used all methods and it glitched a lot (I was an Android user and it was mainly for iOS). This is definitely much better.
What a pity that we cannot use one Shopify Inbox for 2 shops at the same time (if U want to use Inbox for next shop U need to log out and login). Other things are really great!

I find it hard to use on the mobile app, but desktop is ok. I didn't realise there was an option to turn on notifications on the desktop which would have been useful early on.
Très bon plugin, des fonctionnalités intéressantes, directement liés à shopify et Facebook. Avant je dépensais plusieurs centaines d'Euros par mois pour un service équivalent, le fait qu'il soit gratuit est un gros plus. Il y a par contre plusieurs axes d'améliorations enviable, l'idéal étant qu'il puisse fournir un service comparable à celui de Tidio (par exemple)
It's not the most refined but it works. Feels like it needs a facelift now. Convenient though but just a little clunky
Hi - we started using Shopify inbox as we wanted a chat option with our customers. It works well, a lot of the replies are delivered by email rather than on the chat, and this is because we have missed the notification and the customer has moved off the site and is no longer online.
Notifications are not send to the mail address that has shopify open, which means we often miss that a message has arrived. PCs can chime a lot especially when your phone is connected to the PC like mine is. I would like more control over the notifications to push a notification to an email address, regardless of whether that email address is currently logged into Shopify. Overall though it is a good app
