I Love This Amazing Inbox App From Shopify Without Paying Any Charges
time saving ,i will defently recommend it
It's like having a chat facility linked to your shop. I receive the messages both on my phone app and my email which means customers can receive pretty much an immediate response. I think it is great little feature.

It does what we need it to do. It could be slightly better with added AI functionalities, but it is free, so there are no complaints.
I wish setting up the website with shopify personnel was easier - we had a shopify chat person tell us to delete ourselves from our website and she could not fix it. It also identifies spam and enables you to block senders you don't want to be in communication with.
Customers can get in touch with us quickly letting us resolve issues promptly. We can also give them discounts because of problems or show products that may be a good substitute if they are dissatisfied with a purchase.
It shows that we have engaged with the client despite the fact that we may not have the time or manpower to deliver what they want. I get repeat emails in my feed which does annoy me and singles would be better
This makes communicating with potential and current customers a breeze!
