We switched from another chat app and this one is far superior. It is integrated with orders and pulls up the customer history in the sidebar which is so helpful. I like the quick replies as well. Being able to reply on a mobile phone or laptop is also a plus.

I recently set up the app on my Shopify shop. I love being able to talk with customers and helping them online with their questions.
Looks great but could use email forwarding into the inbox so it can be used as a full fledged support ticket system.
launched my website and made my first sale after 3 days! That may not sound like much as to other businesses, but it was for my small business and this chat was what made it happen because I was able to chat with the customer and she placed the order! so happy
