Nice to have the option of using this app instead of a paid one.
I like the mobile app, I would give it 5 stars except the notifications take too long to clear, making me return over and over again to see the same message.
I can't get the Chat bubble to disappear from my website home page. It hides the language preference icon and makes navigation difficult. I've asked for help several times and have been waiting for an answer for a week, but nothing happens. I'm really disappointed. This application is neither user-friendly nor logical.
Very good for quick replies to customers. It does have small issues with offline / online status changes but thats minor.

We are still working on our website so when people do take the time to send us a quick email, it helps reach a wider customer base. Saying that, I wish setting up the website with shopify personnel was easier - we had a shopify chat person tell us to delete ourselves from our website and she could not fix it. Luckily I had assigned another person to our website and she was able to go in, change the cc for an upcoming bill and add me back in my website. It was very stressful and we still can't seem to finish the website - it's 95% done.
It's very useful and gives customers a way to contact us without going through piles of emails. It also identifies spam and enables you to block senders you don't want to be in communication with.
Recommended.
It is not a shopify inbox issue per se but too many persons message me offering services instead of actual potential customers.
Besides that, it is a good product.
It works. It's nice to have the mobile app too so I can respond to customers during precious family time, like Christmas morning. lol. Seriously though, I do like getting back to customers in a timely manner so I don't lose the sale, and Inbox works seamlessly.
