Shopify's Inbox app is very clean, straightforward and does what it should! I am pleased with it so far.
The app is nice and easy to set up, it's simplistic in its use and so far I've had no issues. So I think it deserves 5 stars
So far so good! I love that I can use this instead of Meta's Inbox for Business (which frankly, is awful). I would just request a "star" feature, so the team can easily see which customers need replying to when there's a lot of volume.

We use this app to help with customers to contact us right away while still shopping. Very helpful, we love it!
I love this app, adding a chat feature button really helps our customers make the right decision when checking out, or if they have quick questions, that way they don't need to send emails to us, and if they do send an email, it will take them off our website.

It's practical and is available on iPhone. Getting answers for our clients is a breeze with this app. You have the option to program a couple of common questions with their respective solutions. Sometimes, that's all that the customer wants. For example, make sure to include a question related to refunds. It seems that's a prevalent question among customers.
