I find this app very helpful. It's an easy way for my customers to contact me. I like that I'll get email notifications when I get a new message in the Inbox. It works very well with my website and in the Inbox messages app. Overall, very happy with this app.

Very basic, not at all built out.

There's no option to export your chat history to be able to analyze what questions are commonly asked to create your instant answers from that data.

Also - Shopify "Magic" is anything BUT. It's supposed to use AI to generate suggested Instant Answers for your store...but clearly it just scanned our website to come up with them rather than view our chat history and commonly asked questions.

Definitely not well built out. If you need any actual support chat capabilities, you need something else!

Thanks for taking the time to share this. You're right that Inbox doesn't currently offer a way to export chat history, and that's helpful feedback we'll pass along to the team. On Instant Answers: the AI suggestions are meant as a starting point, and you can fully edit, rewrite, or replace any of them in your Inbox settings so they reflect the questions your customers actually ask. Very Good, the only problem is when sending an image the customer cannot open it when they receive it from us.
