I think it is great. Much easier and better, and much more efficient than emails. Just wish there was a link to where I could include in my contact form as a few customers still send messages via email and then our response often ends up in their spam box and goes unseen. Inbox is great because there is no dropped communication.
I love this app. It allows me to respond to customers as soon as possible, easily share product links with them, see the items on their cart and provide better customer service.
Easily links client profiles to chats, allowing our team members instant access to orer history and cart contents. This saves a countless amount of time and allows us to provide customized service to new and existing clients!
It seems to be well maintained and updated, works reliably, nice to be able to collaborate with other employees to assist inquiring customers, only picky thing would be I wish we could customize the UI a little more like G-Mail Inbox, etc, and perhaps incorporate the AI capabilities for creating replies quicker, etc
An easy way to communicate with customers right away. It's also a quick method for responding while shopping on the site. Love it! Thank You,
