Acquire new customers and close sales by connecting with shoppers in chat.
Shopify Inbox is a free messaging tool that lets you chat with customers as they shop - across many channels. In fact, 70% of all Inbox conversations are with shoppers making a purchase. While you chat, use live customer information like products viewed, what’s in their cart, and past orders to tailor your message to your customer. You can even recommend products or offer discounts to increase order value. Help customers faster with automated replies, FAQs, and a personal chat experience.
Turn on chat and track results with a seamless workflow in the Shopify admin.
Manage conversations from online store chat, Shop app, Instagram, and Messenger.
Quickly understand who customers are with profile and cart details.
Send product recommendations, photos, and discounts without leaving the chat.
Automate greetings, contact capture, and FAQs to save you and your buyers time.
I've seen a HUGE reduction in the number of customer chats since installing this app. It's because Shopify inbox FORCES the customer to enter their name and email address. This will turn off the majority of browsing customers who may just need a little advice to convert.
A great and quick Live Chat app to help current customers or bring new customers to your store. I do wish there were some features, such as a Search Feature (to find certain names or keywords) and a Bulk Close/Delete (to bulk close lots of old chats, instead of having to manually click each one)
This would be great if I didn't get so many SPAM MESSAGES FROM Nigeria. I have reached out to Tech Support several times and they say there's no resolution you can even report it as spam your choices are uninstall the app, block, or go to another website that ISNT shopify "all we can provide you with is the option to block specific countries through the Hura website-Shopify agent"
