I added this application to my website because I wanted to modify and add upsell on the cart and honestly I am completely satisfied this app is absolutly perfect
While the support was great, it clashes with Quick Shop. When reducing the number of clicks required to purchase is key, having to disable Quick Shop is a huge step backwards. Additionally, the 'sad face' shopping cart graphic is very unprofessional - along with the text. This sadly, cannot be altered.
Hey Mick, thanks for the feedback! We are aware of the bug you're describing with some theme's quick shop features not yet being compatible with this app, and we have a fix going out with the next update that should solve this (which should be in the next few days). You can reach back out to us in your existing support ticket if you'd like us to patch this into your current theme earlier than that. :)
I've also added your suggestion about being able to customize the empty cart to our feature request list. And I expect that our dev team should be able to address that concern quite soon as well.
