Incredible! 100% recommended if you want to add AI to your shop - not the usual chatbot, this feels like having a real conversation with a shop assistant.
We are using it to suggest gifting, having a broad catalogue of products we find it really useful. Users can now find quickly the products they want and get custom suggestions based on interest/ price and product type. The assistance is amazing too! Super kind and friendly
