Exceptional Support, Seamless Setup
Infinite Google Tracking just works — and the support is next-level. Tehreem jumped on a call instantly and resolved our issue without delay. Sharp, proactive, and genuinely helpful. If you're serious about tracking on Shopify, this app (and team) delivers.
This app only supports basic event tracking for Google Ads, and the integration with Google Analytics 4 is very limited—only rudimentary events are available, so full GA4 functionality is not supported. Setting up the Google Ads integration is overly complicated for non-technical users, and despite multiple attempts, I was unable to get it working. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.
Sorry to hear that. However, after our developer's review, we found that your theme does not follow Shopify's coding guidelines. As a result, Infinite Pixel Tracking cannot function properly on themes that aren't built according to Shopify's standard structure.
I strongly recommend the application. It is super easy to use and the most important thing is the support provided for the integration and the very fast response of the team, especially thanks to Fatimah who answered all my questions and helped me understand how the whole application works.

I got help from live chat support and very friendly help done by fatima and she helped me to set up all tags correctly and solved my tracking issue instantly thank you for support.
