Fatima was very helpful in helping us set up the plugin and also helped us navigate the complex setup. I have previously tried using multiple apps and even the official Google & YouTube plugin. GTM Tags only fire on Firefox. They do not work in Chrome or Firefox.
Our app works on every device and browser. However, we noticed a contradiction in your statements—one says it works on Firefox, and another says it doesn't.
