App works well for my use cases, developer support responsive.

Great app and great customerservice, prompt reply.

I originally posted a 5-star review here, and I think if you are looking for something relatively simple, are using one of the free Shopify templates, and need an affordable app for live previews, this still gets 5 stars.

But. After a year of use and a recent site refresh, I had to find something else. This app ended up costing me more time, energy and money than it should’ve - but you know what? That’s on me. I had to find a bunch of work arounds to get it to do what I want, and hired a developer - twice - to deal with issues. Customer service is responsive; but nothing is ever the app’s fault. The most recent issue was my last straw. After days going in circles with the developers and getting the same reply I took the leap to something new.

App has great options, you need to explore and learn to make it work to it's full potential. Great support from the team.

I was using Uploadery for customer photo uploads, but it didn't put a thumbnail on my order page, and on orders with lots of files uploaded and each with different variants, it was a nightmare to be sure I kept the right photo with the right item ordered. Live Preview Options, and their Support staff, to the rescue!
Uploadery was $20 a month and this is just $9 so that is frosting on the cake.

Great app for custom products and great support from their developers.

provides an intuitive interface that allows for very individualized color customization from both shop-owner & customer -- from the simple to quite complex (depending upon your photoshop skills).

the conditional logic feature is an added bonus -- again, easy to set up but with numerous levels of variations. can also be used for inventory management through setting up warning signs to customers when they select certain parameters. the app seems to be very responsive to customer input so far, unlike other ones we have sampled.

if you take the time to watch the videos provided, the learning curve is quite quick. developer was graciously helpful in resolving our issues setting up due to us being new to shopify.

for the price, it's hard to beat this app for color customization +. we haven't tried many apps yet, but we think it's definitely worth it to at least give this one a test drive & see if it works for you.

After searching for a long time for an app that would allow me to create options and match the design of my online store, I chose Live Preview Option and I must say I don't regret it! Everything works perfectly and each time I had a problem (twice in 1 year in fact for compatibility issues with a third party application) the team was very reactive and solved the problem within the day! What I like the most: conditions with options that disappear when you select others. Fantastic! Thanks from Paris

Après avoir cherché longtemps une app qui me permette de créer des options et qui matche avec le design de ma boutique en ligne, j’ai choisi Live Preview Option et je dois dire que je ne le regrette pas ! Tout fonctionne à merveille et chaque fois que j’ai eu un souci (2 fois en 1 an en fait pour des questions de compatibilité avec une application tiers) l’équipe a été très réactive et a réglé le probléme dans la journée ! Ce que j’aime le plus : les conditions avec des options qui disparaissent quand on en sélectionne d’autres. Fantastique ! Merci de Paris

This app is exactly what I needed for my custom products. After combing thru the app store, I'm glad I decided on this one. I love that my customers see a live preview of their custom bonnets before purchasing. This app has been easy to manage on the back end whenever I update available colors and products. When I have reached out, Customer Service has been responsive and very helpful. I am pleased.
