Tried it for a week and wasn't able to access the back end to upload my course or subscription that I had set up. It kept asking me to pay after i had already paid and was in the trial mode. This seems like it would be a really good app after they get all of the trial and errors done.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Unfortunately you experienced a glitch caused by an upgrade to a different plan that only affected your shop. We've issued you a full refund, and we fixed the issue so that it's no longer a problem for other merchants who want to upgrade.

Some of the features don't work, specifically the ones that help personalize the page (colors, fonts, etc). Customer service is not readily available and is not available at the hours shown on their support website. I scheduled a meeting with them (through their website) and they didn't show up (I waited for 40 minutes). I am looking for better alternatives.

Thank you for the feedback.

Apologies for the missed meeting, it was due to a mistake on our part. It is not a usual occurrence.

For later reference, to get theme features to work you need to refresh your page for changes to the theme be applied. Some times the page gets cached and it may seem like updates don't take effect.
