We installed influence.io because we wanted to introduce a loyalty programme for our customers. The app has a simple structure so that the implementation and customisation of the widgets was easy. The available guides help well with setting up the programme. In addition, the support is quick and satisfactory. For example, they helped us with a bulk update of points for certain customers.
Points can also be assigned to individual customers in the app and the dashboard helps to analyse performance.
