So können wir individuelle Anreize schaffen, die zu unserer Marke passen und unseren Kundinnen und Kunden echte Wertschätzung entgegenbringen.
Die Plattform ist übersichtlich, bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Individualisierung und lässt sich unkompliziert in bestehende Prozesse integrieren. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Support: Anfragen werden schnell, freundlich und kompetent beantwortet. Insgesamt eine tolle Lösung für alle, die ein modernes und durchdachtes Treueprogramm aufbauen möchten.
The price isn't cheap, and honestly, it’s not worth it for what you get. The app added its content across all of my pages — it completely took over my storefront. I reached out to customer support over 3 months ago, and the issue is still unresolved.
Even after giving their team full access, they keep asking basic questions instead of just checking things themselves. I really don’t understand why they can’t investigate directly and fix the problem. Very disappointing experience.

We started using reviews.io a few months ago and the team have been super helpful in getting us set up. We've had a great response from customers so far, integrations with Klaviyo works great and the platform itself is easy to use from an implementation and customer service perspective. Their AI features are brill too!
