This application is NOT for small businesses. It requires A TON of set-up, constant maintenance, and if you do not have a person on staff to manage this application on a DAILY basis-- you will not get a dime of value from it. It has functionality but it is all self-directed. And the customer support leaves you on your own for the most part-- so, it's good for agencies, large organizations, but not for small to mid-sized companies.
Also-- this is only good for PAID COLLABORATION strategies. You are not going to get anywhere with GIFTED collaborations using this platform, unless you are investing in a micro-influencer strategy.
It's extremely expensive for what it delivers. Recommended only for AGENCIES and LARGE brands.
