We had a really big issue early on with the software. We reached out to Grin and didn't get a response back until a few days later. Our account manager disappeared. Our sales person not responsible. They didn't fix the problem but changed how we received data from our influencer /Ambassador.

Grin has been a pretty reliable influencer management software for us over the years. Great for setting up campaigns, glinks, and reviewing analytics.

GRIN is the most useful, intuitive and comprehensive influencer management tool I've ever had the pleasure of using. It has made my job as Social Media Director so much easier and manageable! Between composing project briefs and setting up Activations to tracking content and paying out affiliates, I could not do my job as effectively without GRIN. I have been using it for years now and I will continue to use it as THE tool to support all my Creator Programs.
