Very fast to respond to emails however they don't take the time to understand the real issues despite detailed information were provided along with screenshots.
No telephone support.
No clear instruction on how to run the start.
It effects the Ebay selling limits which cause quite a major loss in sales.
It does not sync all the SKUs from Shopify to Ebay.
It does not sync properly price changes from Shopify to Ebay.
It does not sync properly variations changes from Shopify to Ebay.
Worst app ever. Unless you want to get kicked off eBay for having to cancel orders and pay your employees hours upon hours to correct inventory that it messed up do not use. This app costed me thousands before I realized it and support is terrible. I would give it a negative one if I could.
HORRIBLE!!! A complete nightmare! I'd give this app ZERO stars if I could. There are MANY glitches with the program. I have a Shopify store and an E Bay store. inkFrog would change my listings on E Bay and put completely wrong information and list it under wrong categories etc. When I would go and revise my listing on E Bay, the next time it automatically relisted it would resort right back to the listing with incorrect information! I couldn't get the app to stop automatically relist my items and no one would respond to my e-mails even after multiple messages and pleas for help. There is no number to call. I contacted eBay out of desperation as I didn't want customers upset that my listings had incorrect information and it was such a nightmare and a problem that they advised me to completely shut down my E bay store and start over so inkFrog would no longer have access to my listings. Even when I revoked access to inkFrog they STILL somehow would keep taking over my listings on E Bay! This app cost me about a month of work having to start my business over! There is no number to call. DO NOT waste your time with this app!
Up until recently, I have been a long-term customer. The price point was great considering it's limitations. Ebay put forth its fall update and inkfrog did not prepare for it properly causing an error for me that would have made more work than the original listings themselves. After opening a support ticket I was basically put on my own to fix one by one all the errors they were responsible for. I believe if I am paying a company for a solution that is their job, not to create more problems for their customers. So I have moved on to another solution in the same price point that is much more robust with a staff that creates solutions rather than push back
i spent a lot of money for nothing. i wrote to the support and there is also no live support. i cant recomand this program. 290 $ spent for nothing !!!!
Does not work. It got stuck on 558 of 561 items to upload to eBay which was very disappointing. Apps needs more work.
We tried to make this app work but lost our patience when the customer service actually started to reply with sarcasm (yes, sarcasm). When we switched to Cadisto for our eBay connection, we learned exactly how bad this app was. It is way too complicated, it is buggy and they try to make your feel like every problem their software has, is your fault.
This feedback is left To remind Ink Frog chaps that They ll need to fix their server issues and not let users down.
If the issue fixed permanently I will then change my feedback
MANY Sync issues and pathetic customer service. They do not try to understand the problem just reply with some bla bla that is not applicable or does not work. A big headache if does not sync new orders or if you do any changes to a product at ebay,
Would you use it again or recommend it to a friend?
Let me think if I have any friend that I hate.
this app is still buggy and terrible and now they even want you to pay for it. Figured I would give it another try but after having so many issues with the template editor I had to call it a day after wasting 6 hours at it. Just wouldn't load anything into the editor, total waste of time, glad I didn't buy it.
