We have used this App for a long time now and we have never had any problems - Customer Service is always tip top whenever you have any questions and the pricing is so good compared to other similar apps.

Pretty difficult to use (for me anyway), but when you get used to it, it's really an excellent tool to use. Had a few problems, but customer support is great too, and they helped me very quickly.

Smooth functioning app with a wonderful team to back it up. They're responsive, helpful and a true pleasure to work with.

I have had an issue for the past few days and i have to say that the technical support has been on top to get my issue resolved in a timely manner. Technical support been with me the whole i was having an issue with adding my products that had to have my http error. best service i have had and will recommend this to all new people and my friends..

If you are selling on both Shopify and eBay this app is absolutely brilliant. Once you install it you will wonder how you ever got by without it. It took me a bit of time to get my mind around it but will save us countless hours and eBay stock headaches in the future. Their customer service is exemplary. Take the time to watch the videos and really think about the the rules you set in the link settings. Once set up you can forget about ever logging on to eBay......six stars!!
