Absolutely delighted with this app! Time-saving and easy to use and it actually works like magic. It is worth trying if you are dubious at first as it has a lot of great features for free. I absolutely love it. Thank you for making my life easier.

I was sceptical at first and waited 6 months to leave this review, I can honestly say this app is brilliant, my main use is to integrate with ebay.
So if i sell out on my online shop it will automatically put an item out of stock on Ebay.
which means no more heart stopping moments waking up to orders i cannot fulfil.
There are many other powerful tools with inkfrog iv not yet explored. However up-to now simply using it for stock control and ebay templates, its paid for itself many times over.
Oh and any support you need, first class!
taking into consideration we dont pay much in fees, they respond pretty quick. and they deal with idiotic questions very well, which is good for me LOL.

I have been using Inkfrog for over 5 years to connect my ebay store to Shopify, very smart app, amazing customer support, extremely reliable and best of all an amazing deal

just set up my first item, thought it would take days or weeks to list my inventory manually on ebay. but thx to inkfrog its just a matter of minutes (depending on your inventory of course)

so far just AMAZING!!!

Relatively easy to use. Some hiccups here and there, but overall a must-have for those working between eBay and Shopify. Recommended.

Been using this App for a really long time. It is a great App to list products on eBay with and I was a huge fan of it for a really long time. I wish I could give it a better rating but the problem is it has problems with syncing orders between Shopify and eBay. It fails to sync the inventory roughly 2-5% of the time and results in inventory being oversold which is a huge hassle. I brought this issue up to them many times and it's been over a year hoping that they would rectify the issue. Eventually, I was recommended to manually check whether inventory had been updated properly myself at the end of the day, which is quite ridiculous. I ended up having to shut down my Shopify store temporarily as it was disrupting the workflow too much. Sad because if they would fix this issue, I would say Inkfrog would be my go to App. But it's not usable at it's current state and they don't seem like they want to fix or improve the problem like they used to.

This is a work in progress. Right now a 3-4 Star App, hopefully in the Future will be a 5-star app.

Here's the deal: It sort of syncs. You have to start all your listings on Shopify, then import to eBay. You can't go the other way, or do anything with eBay listings for your Shopify store. (Yes, shopify has an app, but this won't sync inventory or prices).

It doesn't play nice with Markdown manager. If you like to create sales on eBay using the Markdown manager, you need to stop making sales or forget this app. It's also very tricky if you want the same listings to have different prices (because eBay charges higher fees). I found the best way was to just turn price sync off and manually update prices.

Sales don't really sync. Inventory for your Shopify store won't reflect any sales on eBay until you go to the Orders page on Ink frog and run a sync. So much for active real-time sync for inventory. It's slightly better than updating it manually, because at least the sync can update it quickly, but it definitely doesn't make your inventory "real-time".

Design templates are pretty limited for eBay. You can set up a basic design that looks pretty nice, but if you want to include URLs to your store, or do much customization, it's basically impossible without html coding it. Example: I wanted the pictures to be on one side of the description, text on the other. Impossible. Without html coding, the pictures can either be on top or bottom of description.

I really want to like this program, but right now I'm wondering if life would be much more difficult without it...
