inkFrog for eBay

I have worked with ebay for years and was going tired of copy/paste, listing individually etc from one platform to another. Started on the free plan, imported all my items and within the first day I got three sales from ebay through my shopify admin. Am in the middle of updating product photography so it was more advantageous of me to upgrade to basic plan for like $11 a month so that i don't double my workload when it comes to changing them. A must have for eBay sellers on Shopify! With this app you can sell on eBay without ever logging into eBay. You can sell on eBay but run the checkout thru Shopify so no need to log into separate platforms.

We haven't been using the system long but we're already starting to see the benefits. The customer support has been great and they arranged a call with me set everything up. Very pleased so far.

At first, the software was a bit overwhelming because I was not used to it. There is def a learning curve, and one of the biggest hurdles is just learning to trust it. When there are problems, the customer service team seems to be on call 24 hours a day. I have rarely had a question go 5 minutes without being handled. When it has been a problem on their end, they take the reigns, figure out the problem, and sort it out, FAST. Great team over there. I have been using it for 5 months, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great web-based listing software for connecting to Shopify.
