inkFrog for eBay

This app was a lot easier to use than marketplace connect.

Have tried other apps to link to ebay. This one works really well. I needed some guidance to work out how to sell just one variant from a product on Shopify, but email support was really good. THank you!

We have been using InkFrog for approx 4 years and it is the best app we could have asked for. We used to spend so much time removing stock from our eBay store that had sold on our Shopify store and vice-versa and now InkFrog does it for us.

It was quite difficult to setup as we have so many items for sale with a huge range of variants per item. However, now that it is setup, it's pretty seamless.

The developer has sorted any issues that have arisen very quickly which is invaluable to keep things running smoothly.

UPDATE (14/10/2019) - the support offered by InkFrog is incredible. They reply almost always immediately and are incredibly knowledgeable. Also I am now using their templates for my eBay store. They were so easy to use and setup, wish I had done it back in the beginning!

I definitely recommend InkFrog to Shopify users that also run an eBay store.

Inkfrog has been doing well and has greatly improved over 2020. We've had very few issues of late.

I think InkFrog works well with eBay as the back up is good, listing new items is easy and you can follow your selling progress. Each step of the way is easily explained.

The team is very easy to work with. Customisations take many iterations - change the font, hange the placement, change the size etc etc and it is not always possible to foresee all the customisation at once before briefing the app team. So although I felt I was being demanding in asking for more & more, the support team delivered it all gladly. So now I am a satisfied client! Recommended!

Copying listings from a website to eBay is dicey for anyone, even on a good day, but Ink-Frog (what's up with that name?) makes the process as seamless and easy as possible.

We sell a mix of new and used gear, from all across the MI product map, and Ink-Frog saves me hours of work each week.

Honestly, they are the best at syncing with ebay.

Update: I realized we had a lot of prices wrong on eBay, and the thought of updating all of them manually was daunting. I messaged InkFrog, and within 30 minutes not only had they found and fixed the settings I had wrong (thank you, InkFrog!), they had started a resync to make all my prices correct.

I cannot say enough good things about the product and the customer service.

If this review feature had a "thumbs up" icon, I'd leave two of them.

I don't have enough good words to say about inkFrog and their customer service. I have been using the inkFrog integration with 3 of my eBay stores and Shopify, and it has done some magic for my business. Not only I can migrate my eBay customer accounts to Shopify and use Conversio email marketing, I also use inkFrog to migrate all my eBay items over to the Shopify. With the multiple features, they offer I don't know what I would have done without inkFrog. Also, their pricing is reasonably priced so they don't try to get all the money from the merchants. So I am a big fan as you can see and they deserve more than 5 stars!
