inkFrog for eBay

We have been using InkFrog for almost a year now. This is an incredible app! This has given us the ability to sync our products on our Shopify store (https://www.KawaiiSquishyStore) with our eBay store (stores.ebay.com/jaspersdeals) in almost real-time when we have a sale on either platform. The support is awesome and the price is even better. This has given us the ability to grow our sales at an affordable price. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

LIARS!!!! I have been a customer for years. I used their app on 3 sites. On a routine import Inkfrog mixed up all the images so the items in inkfrog had the wrong item. I tried to work with them. I had to get shopify involved. Shopify proved to them that I never changed the images. They refused to acknowledge it was their mistake. Their customer service is the most RUDE and ARROGANT and its not a language thing, they are American. Their goal with customer service is to confuse you and frustrate you until you drop the issue. I have never written a negative review on shopify before for an app. Sometimes the App works but there is no company I would wish to go out of business more than EBAY Connect/Inkfrog. Use them only as a last resort. I'll remove this if they apologize and admit they lied which they have.

At first, the software was a bit overwhelming because I was not used to it. There is def a learning curve, and one of the biggest hurdles is just learning to trust it. When there are problems, the customer service team seems to be on call 24 hours a day. I have rarely had a question go 5 minutes without being handled. When it has been a problem on their end, they take the reigns, figure out the problem, and sort it out, FAST. Great team over there. I have been using it for 5 months, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great web-based listing software for connecting to Shopify.

Inkfrog has to be one of the easiest most straight forward ebay apps that's out there. Before we came across inkfrog we had many trails and errors with some of the other apps, all ending in tears. We have not yet came up against any problems that can't be sorted, and any that have arisen are very quickly and pleasantly sorted by the people at inkfrog. And it's FREE!!! Keep up the good work inkfrog.

Had been using for around 9mths now, was great at the start. However, it seems that no fixes are implemented to their app if shopify updates themselves.
There has been a few big updates from shopify, and every time this app gets worse and worse! I have seen my EBAY rating from top rated seller drop to below average in the last 8 weeks due to this app not syncing correctly and hiding sales, missing sales, pricing wrong etc!

I will be uninstalling this. I feel as it just makes so much extra work, it has affected my businesses reputation.

Would really think twice about installing it.

In my opinion this is the best App in the store, its FREE and works seamlessly. I would like some more functionality and would be prepared to pay for it, but if you want to sell on ebay, you're just starting out then get this app and support InkFrog

TERRIBLE. My orders are not syncing through from Ebay. I have orders pending in my eBay and my team can't see them in Shopify in order to ship them. This has happened several times and no solution. I also have inventory syncing issues all the time. Convenient when it works but right now TERRIBLE.
