inkFrog for eBay

If you are selling on both Shopify and eBay this app is absolutely brilliant. Once you install it you will wonder how you ever got by without it. It took me a bit of time to get my mind around it but will save us countless hours and eBay stock headaches in the future. Their customer service is exemplary. So far so good. It is by far a better solution than TurboLister or anything else I've used.

Avoid this company. The application has so many strange and unique quirks about it. Sometimes, it work. Sometimes, it doesn't. Many times, we oversell on eBay due to unknown reasons even though the same item on Shopify has a QoH of ZERO. For the years we've been using it, I think we've found and reported so many bugs that they pretty much ignore us because we're always giving them bad news. Now, ...

I been a longtime customer and generally happy with app. For the past 9 weeks I am having issues mapping new products and also pictures not transferring. They said the developers are aware of the issue. It's been 9 weeks and no fix. When is someone going to care enough to fix the problem. Is this the way inkfrog is telling me to go some where else!!!! nothing should take 9 weeks to fix. WAKE UP ...

Very useful tool! Makes managing Ebay much easier!

Best app on Shopify if you are a current ebay seller and want to sync your inventory. It's a little rigid in the rules you can set, but it's 'good enough'. Also the listing template is nice, and in some ways is easier to use than ebays form.

What I love about the inkFrog for eBay app is that it's so easy and clear to list products, I chose it because it helped me easily list my products and made my job easier.
I would say it would be nice to have it fixed. Out of the many products listed, most of the products fail. If this can be fixed then the app will be a nice and simple app.

Very powerful tool for listing on Ebay, when you have many listings. It only took a few minuts to import a 1000 listings, and once imported the bulk editing tools made adjustments so much easier. So far everything is working very smoothly, thank you so much for that.

This team has awesome customer service. I emailed them this morning with an issue, with the expectation of not receiving a response back today. Not only did I receive a response within 15 mins, they also fixed all of the issues I had and offered me a video chat to show me how to work features.
