I use the app to manage the transfer of all my products between Shopify and eBay. It takes a little while to understand how to properly setup the templates. Once you get past that, the listing from Inkfrog to eBay is fast and efficient. It also greatly simplifies the processing of orders.

They recently added an integration to Amazon. I have not used it but intend to in the near future

these guys really work professional. They are open for requests and they are very quick. Never seen a support like that. The functions are great and useful. They develop their system. I am fully satisfied and I would recommend everybody to use it who wants to sync eBay and shopify.

With Inkfrog's recent addition of order integration with Shopify, this app deserves 5 stars! I have been using Inkfrog Open for 2 years, longer than I have Shopify and love that I can customize my Ebay business. Great listing templates, manage messages and an easy user interface all make Inkfrog Open an amazing FREE tool to help us as business owners manage our Ebay business. 5 stars!

Perfect CUstomer service and amazing app,

I highly recommend this app for anyone with a Shopify store who also sells their items on eBay. We sell vintage collectibles, and each item is one-of-a-kind because of age and condition. We also keep over 400 items in our store inventory at all times. This made writing eBay listings extremely time-consuming and tedious.

We really put InkFrog Open to the test: After setting up a template for eBay listings, I linked our Shopify inventory (it took less than ten minutes to set my preferences and link it) and InkFrog Open created inactive eBay listings for ALL 400+ items! Now I just open InkFrog Open and select which ones to make "live" on eBay at any given time. The listings are already written and formatted professionally with my template, which also increases brand recognition.

The best part for us is that when an item sells on eBay, InkFrog Open automatically reduces our website inventory by one, or in our case, since each is a one-of-a-kind, it makes the sold item invisible to buyers on our site automatically. If it sells on our website first, it automatically ends the eBay listing! No more chasing from one sales platform to the other, trying to deactivate everything that sells daily... InkFrog makes it automatic, freeing me up to do more important things!

I also have genuinely high praise for InkFrog Open's Support Team. I had a question about linking my store inventory to their app, and shot them a quick email. Within an hour I had a personal response from one of their Support Team, who spoke English naturally (a huge help) and gave me a link to a video tutorial that helped me through the process very easily. But that's not all - That first Support person also copied a second one, who emailed to offer to set up a GoTo Meeting with me I needed additional help! In this day and age, that type of personal service from anyone in the Technology Sector is just about unheard of.... Very impressive! So if you're worried you may need some help along the way, these folks really are there to help.

I can't say enough about how great this app is for our business. It increases brand recognition while saving me tons of time doing inventory maintenance. I'm no longer limited to how many eBay listings I have time to write - I can list a hundred items or more in just minutes. As a result, our sales have naturally increased, both on eBay and at our Shopify store.

I swapped to InkFrog from CedCommerce's eBay app due to the amount of issues it had with sync, stock, pricing, ending items when sold out, etc.

Michelle helped me in the early stages with teething problems I had with InkFrog and so far, so good!

Very happy with this App so far. It makes it really easy to apply changes to all of your EBay listings using the template tool. Just edit your template and the changes are applied to all of the listing that the template applies to. Also the app makes it very simple to upload multiple listings to your EBay store at once. Importing your items from your Shopify store to inkFrog is just a few mouse clicks and really couldn't be easier. Seems to function very well with all of your other Shopify sales channels and automatically updates your EBay store when you sell products from another venue. This app also allows Canadian customers to sell in CAD on EBay rather than having to switch their stores to USD, something you cannot directly do from Shopify. Overall this seems like a well designed app and it is quite easy to use, even if you don't have a tech background.

Avoid this company. The application has so many strange and unique quirks about it. Sometimes, it work. Sometimes, it doesn't. Many times, we oversell on eBay due to unknown reasons even though the same item on Shopify has a QoH of ZERO. For the years we've been using it, I think we've found and reported so many bugs that they pretty much ignore us because we're always giving them bad news. Now, they cannot even do billing properly.. Twice now, our account has been degraded to the FREE plan because they cannot bill properly. *I* then have to go jump through hoops to get it straightened out. Sadly, the app shows a lot of promise. However, it is not quite ready for prime time. Some features work well, but we continually find functionality issues... items selling with sales tax calculated incorrectly; items selling with free shipping that should have a flat or calculated shipping cost; other items that should have free shipping but have flat or calculated shipping terms, SKUs magically changing to something else; Item descriptions mysteriously reverting back to an old description; many times we cannot update the eBay listing from within InkFrog till we delete and recreate the item. The support team is friendly and usually responds within 24 hours. Many times, they report the problem is "fixed" only to find it really isn't. The explanations for the issues range from invalid account settings on eBay to explanations which make no sense. It has cost us countless lost sales and MANY months of lost productivity of my staff due its erratic and unpredictable operation. It's quite frustrating to pay them for the opportunity to debug their program. This review will be revised as the application improves, unfortunately, lately, the app and company are degrading.
