Avoid this terrible app and support team all costs! has more bugs than the ebay channel app (which is FREE and updates photos and variants). completely messed up my store- even tho it was only set to sync from shopify to ebay nearly all updates failed or didnt occur and could never get a straight answer from support as to why. Furthermore, it put its logo on every description despite my setting forbidding such.

Update 19 October 2020 - This product has gotten worse. Since my earlier post in August and the initial one in July the software has continued to be buggy. A fix was put in last week, after about 4 months i think of the issue being present where there are timing delays from when you get a sale in eBay to when your shopify store gets updated. Its not fixed and im still experiencing delays. The order can come in anywhere from 15 minutes to 12 hours later. It poses policy issues for ebay because i sell in multiple channels and if i sell the item in shopify while its actually been sold in ebay but shopify doesn't know it i run into major problems. As of today their servers are down and i cant list. Its an extension of the sync issues i think. I have stock to list on ebay that i cant list through inkfrog! They have now put my sales at risk. They do not compensate as per their policy. Their listing templates are still broken. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY and will create more problems for you.
Given the effort to migrate to a new platform and redo my templates i am staying on the tool until December when i am shutting more ebay store over the hoilidays and will do a full migration to a new platform then and relist with a product that works. My initial review in August 2020 - Does both custom fields and templates. Better than the ebay and ebay link apps. Tried both. No good. I was SO Happy with this product when is started using it. Through Mid July 2020 and into August alot of bugs started. Sync issues. Then the BIG ONE - the templates stopped working. Once published they couldn't be centrally updated any more. I ran into legal issues with my pricing and listings not being updated and hand to manually adjust every listing - i have over 50 listings. Why use templates if you plan to manage each one individually. They have not provided a timeline to fix the issue and refuse to credit or refund me the cost of the template subscription. Now i am stuck with this due to the massive cost to move to a new provider and start all over again. it's really frustrating. i just want the templates to work again :( Go back to what you were doing in June 2020 the product was so good then.

Would not import anywhere near the entire catalog of products. Would always stop around the 80-something number. Tried every setting and could not import any more. Very frustrating!

Yet another miss by these people (thought we'd give them one more try). The theory is good, however reality is different.

Sync issues, errors, missing deadlines for eBay updates and policy changes, etc., etc. As someone else so aptly noted, NO SUPPORT.

The experience with Inkfrog is more of a glass half empty than half full. In general documentation is not clear. The connection between Ebay and Shopify is not intuitive (it seems it is until you realize Inkfrog is importing listings that are out of stock on Ebay as in stock to Shopify) and quite often it takes a lot of trial and error to understand where you need to change information so that it updates in the other places. Sometimes we felt settings were in weird places and/or were hard to find (in particular the one for disableing Inkfrog logo in your listings).
Some major tools missing: no way to bulk edit Ebay descriptions, no automatic listing for same object in different Ebay Markets (we would have thought that was a given by now...).
If you have a small store and can manage to do a lot of things manually, Inkfrog is ok, but if you have many listings and need some automatisation, I would not recommend Inkfrog.

So far I am beyond frustrated with this app! Items are being ended that I do not end. Prices not adjusting to sync with my Shopify prices. New items not showing up to be listed on eBay. This is becoming a huge waste of my time! Yeah - they get back to you quickly but NOTHING has been fixed! I've been dealing with this now for 3 days. Oh yeah, have I mentioned that I am also suppose to be on VACATION!

this app is horrible. price point is good but now api's dont work and i'm paying for an app that tells me "api's don't work" and to upload directly to ebay. what am i paying for then?

Not worth it. Orders stop syncing and listing stopped showing. Now my inventory is ruined and my ebay sales have crashed.

What a terrible mistake. Worst of all, no support.

Very fast to respond to emails however they don't take the time to understand the real issues despite detailed information were provided along with screenshots.
No telephone support.
No clear instruction on how to run the start.
It effects the Ebay selling limits which cause quite a major loss in sales.
It does not sync all the SKUs from Shopify to Ebay.
It does not sync properly price changes from Shopify to Ebay.
It does not sync properly variations changes from Shopify to Ebay.

Worst app ever. Unless you want to get kicked off eBay for having to cancel orders and pay your employees hours upon hours to correct inventory that it messed up do not use. This app costed me thousands before I realized it and support is terrible. I would give it a negative one if I could.
