This service is no good for anyone managing above 100 listings.
Their user experience is extremely dated. Their scripts are confusingly set up and their customer support does not seem to understand what it is they're providing service for.
6 months ago 800 items had their quantity changed out of the blue and they took no responsibility for it. They blamed it all on shopify. I communicated with shopify who denied the claim..
I decided to give it another chance, and the item sync wasn't working so I asked for assistance. I made sure to explain that the ebay data was the foundation and it should be pulled from there, not written to there (from shopify) and a dev from Inkfrog took their own actions without my consent and overwrote 2,200 listings in ebay. Changing prices, counts, titles and who knows what else.
This was the last straw. Seriously, stay away.

inkFrog supports inventory syncing between eBay and Shopify, and how inventory updates flow depends on how listings are connected and how sync rules are set on the account.
In this case, inventory changes occurred through automated synchronization after listings were connected.
For larger inventories, especially when eBay is the primary platform, linking and syncing changes can have wide impact and are best handled incrementally with a clear understanding of how sync settings apply.
We appreciate the feedback and wish the seller the best going forward.
UPDATE: App continues to duplicate orders in shopify. We lost 5k in dupe shipped orders in 1 day!! Do not use this app, it creates duplicate orders and has server glitches. We just discovered that we lost several thousand dollars due to duplicate orders created by Inkfrog in Shopify. Not safe to use, unless you manually check each order to ebay and paypal before shipment.
Non-functioning as it was supposed to. Listing eBay seldom apply to listings. Orders do not make it to shopify. Very disappointed.
The update this past year has rendered Inkfrog completely useless to Ebay Motors sellers. There are so many bugs and fixes that need tending to, it literally made listing on ebay more of a hassle than helping us.
Would rate this a Zero- Backend team has no idea what they are doing nor will they honor anything they say- Avoid Subscription as once they have your money you'll never get it back even if you cancel your account and they "mistakenly" never did on their end. Guess my company is just out of that money now as they refuse to refund their error.
InkFrog is a terrible platform to use. I have been a user since 2014 (4 years, because I couldn't find anything else 'better') and have had many problems with them. Today, we discovered that thousands of our listing profiles were erased by InkFrog because of an 'update' and that the 'information is not retrievable'. They expect us to rebuild 4 years of listing profiles because of an internal update. We are looking for another provider now, I wouldn't suggest InkFrog to my worst enemy. They are beyond terrible, have extremely poor customer service, and the program is glitchy and slow.
We have over 10,000 listings on eBay Motors and they ALL lost years worth of compatibility profiles.
I would never recommend InkFrog to anyone.
LIARS!!!! I have been a customer for years. I used their app on 3 sites. On a routine import Inkfrog mixed up all the images so the items in inkfrog had the wrong item. I tried to work with them. I had to get shopify involved. Shopify proved to them that I never changed the images. They refused to acknowledge it was their mistake. Their customer service is the most RUDE and ARROGANT and its not a language thing, they are American. Their goal with customer service is to confuse you and frustrate you until you drop the issue. I have never written a negative review on shopify before for an app. Sometimes the App works but there is no company I would wish to go out of business more than EBAY Connect/Inkfrog. Use them only as a last resort. I'll remove this if they apologize and admit they lied which they have.
I used to think this app was pretty good, but lately, I keep having problems syncing my inventory. For example, something will sell on eBay, say, yesterday, and today, the inventory still hasn't synced with my Shopify store. Also, when I contact customer support, it seems like they just manually update it, but don't fix the root of the problem. They do not care. All they say, when I ask why it takes so long to sync (sometimes 24 hours later, the inventory still has not synced), they just say, Sorry there was a delay. Support has become terrible. If I was okay with manually updating everything myself, I wouldn't bother contacting them.
Right now, every time I sell something on eBay, I have to make sure that the inventory levels are synced. Furthermore, when I import products, sometimes there are problems where the import gets "stuck" and all the time you spent saving the settings for each listing will be lost. Very irritating and time-wasting.

I've been using inkfrog for nearly 2 years now and for the most part it's been really good. It generally keeps the inventory synced up regularly and the support staff are fast to assist (usually have issues resolved in 12 hours or so) however the software can be terribly unreliable when it comes to syncing orders from ebay to shopify which is a real pain. It results in a lot of lost time have to double check that everything is synced up and occasionally results in orders not being sent out when they should. The staff have done their best to assist but have advised me it's not something that will be fixed as it occurs for a multitude of reasons.
EDIT: Downgraded to 1 star due to the software becoming increasingly worse and costing our business money and reputation.
At this point if I could give this app a zero I would. I have paid for this app for quite a few months now. I received an email out of the blue stating that my trial had run out and that my account was being downgraded to a free account. At first I thought it was some type of mistake until I realized that they canceled me so that I will now have to pay $29 a month instead of the $18 that I was previously paying for the same service. No warning, nothing. This is just bad business. Don't waist your time. Find a app that is loyal to it's customers.
