Inkthreadable: Print on Demand , 82 vurderinger

I really wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company! every order we have placed we have had problems, first couple of orders 2 of our customers had to wait over a month to be shipped 1 customer had then wanted a refund because it was taking so long. We had an order for 500ml water bottle, when it arrived the print was crooked a replacement was sent but even then the colour on it was off. They are just 2 examples of many. I feel like there is no care put into orders, if you value your company's reputation i would advise not to use Inkthreadable

Absolutely amazing service from Inkthreadable. I've been using Inkthreadable for over a year and they've been consistently fantastic - even during busy times such as Christmas. Their customer service is second to none and there's always someone on hand to assist you. They always go above and beyond!

Their products are all brilliant quality and there's an excellent range to to choose from.

The app is really easy to use and to integrate with Shopify (even for someone like me... who had only just opened a Shopify store)

So far so good. Really easy top use and an efficient way to create products in Shopify. Yet to go live with orders yet so cannot say how well it performs.

A little expensive, but the quality seems good and customer service has been very good so far!

We like inkthreadable and their potential service but have been disappointed with attention to detail - shipping wrong products to customers - bad printing. We want them to get better so we can continue to work with them.

I have been using Inkthreadable for just over a month now and haven't really had any problems with their service. Their app integrates with shopify quite nicely, meaning its easy to mock up designs on their website and transfer them straight to your store therefore reducing the time it takes to create new products. I feel 4/5 stars is a fair judgement of their service as printing and shipping times can be a little slower than ideally you would want. But this is to be expected with a company printing on demand to a range of clients, therefore it is something you take on-board before choosing them as a supplier. Overall for me, the pro's of using their service and they are UK based, clearly outweigh the con's.

Excellent company, couldn't recommend them high enough, if you are looking for a reliable professional outfit, look no further.

really like the choices of garments and quality of dtg prints. they are really helpful and fast with support, i liked doing business with them. really nice people.
