Inkthreadable: Print on Demand

Used for years but recently have had very poor quality frames and lack of accountability with the issues and refusing to package better as “other people don’t have this issue”…
Also have experienced a lack of accountability for their system errors and issuing refunds for damaged or poor quality orders. A great shame as they have a good customer service team and good pricing but just starting to not be worth it.

Inkthreadable have been superb so far. A few weeks in using them and every delivery has been made on time and I've had no issues whatsoever. They are very responsive and helpful via messenger/email and I can't fault them so far. The products and printing are high quality and they have a wide range of products available. Highly recommend them

The app is easy to use and works well, The only downside to the app is it sometimes runs on the slow side.
Inkthreadable have a great choice for POD to suit all ranges (from budget to premium garments) and upto now the print quality has been great, no issues whatsoever.
Turnaround from order to delivery has been pretty quick.

I use to use Printful but the quality was not there and deliveries was horrendous however with inkthreadable the printing was excellent and the clothing is top quality and was delivered within 7 days.

Customer Service is excellent. Embroidery is inconsistent - sometimes it is what you order, sometimes not. Printing is mostly good - had a few misprints. Quick to refund but slow to replace. Print timescales are poor, and delays are frequent.

Very happy with the service we have been receiving from Inkthreadable, they always go above and beyond to make sure that our orders are right. In the early days of our brand journey we feel reassured that orders will go out and be of great quality. Linked and integrated very easily with our shopify site, we couldn't be happier.

The Inkthreadable team are amazing to work with as they're helpful, supportive and knowledgeable and are generally lovely people.

The products are top quality, shipped globally in good time and we constantly receive 5* ratings in our store.

I was able to link my Shopify account incredibly easily to Inkthreadable and have enjoyed a seamless process of designing, uploading and selling items this year.

Most importantly for me however, has been having a direct contact at Inkthreadable who is always responsive and helpful. Selling online can be daunting and having a supplier who is so willing to engage in conversation and helping out whenever possible to answer our customer's questions has made this venture a viable one for me as a designer.

Only ever had positive experiences using Inkthreadable. Customers love the products and the green packaging is a real selling point.

ive used inkthreadable for about a year now. thier customer service is TOP TIER. mistakes happen. they fix them without an issue when they arise. packages get lost. they reship quickly. they have an awesome active facebook community where users and staff help each other out. they have items that other vendors do not carry and are always looking to expand. top notch.
