Customer Service is excellent. Embroidery is inconsistent - sometimes it is what you order, sometimes not. Printing is mostly good - had a few misprints. Quick to refund but slow to replace. Print timescales are poor, and delays are frequent.

Very happy with the service we have been receiving from Inkthreadable, they always go above and beyond to make sure that our orders are right. Inkthreadable is pretty good, theres a great range of products and the quality of printing and embroidery is good. Sometimes, when there is a lack of communication about orders placed, they are fairly swift to correct the issues.
