How did it take so long to find an app like this?? We use this app to seamlessly add products to orders without our customers seeing them at checkout. Example use cases for us:
-B2B/Wholesale orders: Adding in samples or catalogues etc
-Free surprise gifts to customers
-Post cards, samples, other types of collateral for our 3PL and warehouse to pick and pack accordingly. Our warehouse can only pack items that are on the order itself, so this app has helped with that tremendously!
There is a lot of custom logic you can do based on customer and order tags as well. (IE you can put specific items in a customers first order to elevate their first impression) We're just getting started loving this app, and can't wait to run more ideas through it.
Wow, this app is a breeze to navigate! We've only scratched the surface of its capabilities, but the features we've utilized have already considerably simplified our warehouse operations. Currently, we're automatically including shop rugs in orders for our loyal customers who have reached a certain spending threshold on their lifetime orders. Just imagine how effortless it would be to incorporate enticing promotions or attach personalized flyers based on each customer's unique purchase history. This app truly streamlines our workflow!
I needed to add certain pieces (welcome card, shaker bottle) to every order of a new customer, and this works like magic.

Another standout feature is the Physical Marketing Automation, which allows us to personalize the unboxing experience for our customers, even if our 3PL doesn't support it natively. (EX; I can set up rules for specific orders to include gift boxes or tissue that are listed as products within our 3PL)
We're just getting started with it, but it's been a great experience so far and the support is highly responsive!
