Good App with Helpful Support
Omega InstaFeed Instagram Feed is a useful app for displaying Instagram feeds on our Shopify store. The setup is straightforward, and the widgets are easy to use and customise.
We did face a minor issue with additional feeds appearing in the Media Library. However, the support team was responsive and helped us resolve the issue.
Overall, it’s a good app with useful features and reliable support. There is still some room for improvement, but our experience has been positive.

Exactly what I asked for
My experience with Omega InstaFeed was smooth from start to finish. Whatever customization and functionality I asked for, the developers delivered exactly that. No back and forth, no "this isn't possible" responses. Whatever I asked for got built perfectly.
A special shoutout to Tracy, who helped me all the way through the integration and the feature development I wanted. Every query got a quick reply and I never had to wait around. The response time was excellent throughout.
The Instagram feed looks clean on the store and I haven't run into a single issue since setup. The support team is responsive and genuinely takes the work seriously.
If you're looking for a reliable Instagram feed app with a solid team behind it, this is the one. Highly recommended.

The app advertises 24/7 customer service, but when a critical issue occurred and the app completely stopped appearing on our store, they were unable to resolve it promptly. Instead of fixing the problem on the spot, the issue was unnecessarily prolonged with little sense of urgency or clear justification.
I had to repeatedly follow up and push for updates despite explaining that the matter was urgent and directly impacting our business. The support experience fell far below what I would expect from a service claiming round-the-clock assistance.
Unfortunately, this was a frustrating and stressful experience, and I cannot recommend the app based on the quality of support we received.
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I’m genuinely sorry for the disruption and stress this caused. When something impacts your store and day-to-day business operations, you should receive fast support, clear prioritization, and proactive communication. We didn’t deliver that level of urgency or clarity, and we understand why that was so frustrating.
Since then, we’ve addressed the core issue that was preventing the app from appearing properly. That said, we absolutely don’t want to leave you with anything that still “doesn’t feel right,” especially on mobile.
We’ve already replied on the existing support thread and we’re standing by to wait for your responde, we’ll prioritize the follow-up and make sure your setup looks correct across devices. Again, we’re sorry for the experience, and we appreciate the feedback because it helps us improve how we handle time-sensitive cases.
